Mark Kessler
Construction is in the blood- Mark’s grandfathers, uncles, and father were builders in Chicago, Kansas, and Colorado. Aligning with tradition, Mark’s love of construction keeps him working tirelessly to make customers feel at ease and enjoy the building process. Mark’s commitment to the details is reflected in each and every stage of a Team Kessler project. His extensive background in the building industry gives him a large knowledge base specializing in custom homes. Mark’s dedication to customer satisfaction and quality is evident throughout all of Team Kessler projects- hear it straight from our customers.

Teresa Kessler
Originally from Colorado, Teresa got her start in the construction industry while working as an Estimator for a luxury home builder in Southwest Florida. She served as the Lead Estimator for five years and had a hand in countless multi-million dollar projects. Seeking a new adventure and a quaint, small town feel, Teresa moved to Monticello in 2006 with husband Mark to begin Kessler Construction LLC. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, volunteering, and spending time with family and friends.
Community Involvement: Jefferson County Humane Society, Secretary; Monticello Woman’s Club, Member; Jefferson Arts, Member and Past President.
Nicole Kessler
Graduating from Florida State University in 2009 with a Bachelor of Arts in Music, Nicole joined the Kessler Construction Team in January of 2010. She is passionate about the environment and enjoys working towards more environmentally sound procedures and technologies in the construction office as well as on job sites. She enjoys playing and teaching flute, volunteering, reading, and traveling- especially to Montana.
Community Involvement: Jefferson County Humane Society, Volunteer; Monticello Woman’s Club, Secretary; Tobacco Free Jefferson, Secretary; Jefferson County Elementary School and Jefferson County Middle High School, Volunteer.
Jason Kessler
Jason relocated to Monticello from Cape Coral, Florida with his wife, Lisa and twins, Matthew and Elizabeth in April of 2010 to join the Kessler Construction Team. While living in Southwest Florida Jason remodeled and sold several homes which inspired him to leave a career of 19 years with AvisBudget group as service director and go back to his family roots in construction.
